I have four pounds of garlic in the oven roasting for a dish I'm making tomorrow. I can just imagine what that aroma will be like in about 10 minutes.
A few days ago, I went to a local restaurant and got some garlic french fries with extra garlic. It had much more garlic than I would've expected, but it was so good! I ate some of them there at the restaurant, took some home, ate the fries, and have a whole bunch of garlic left. Yum!
