Well, you've read the notes, the notes were part two of looking back, and now it is time for you to post until the 2017 cows come home.

We are cooling off in our room.  Keith is viewing all the videos he made and deciding which ones to keep.

He takes loads of videos and photos of me and repeats most of them.  I have to work at being enthusiastic each time.  In a few today he requested I not be so bouncy ;D

Other times I make faces or scowl at him.  Keith is always kind and deletes those 😊

DR TCB thank you for the Christmas card.  I was waiting until we could open it to say something.   I now doubt that will happen until we are home.

I do feel better than I did yesterday.  I must go to the bank this morning.  I prefer to stay inside, but it will be a fast trip.

When I return, I need to accomplish some work, but I'm not going far from my bed.  It will be a quiet day.

Annabelle has been a fantastic nurse, just keeping the patient calm and sticking close to him to keep him warm.  I think last night was the first night she slept most of the night with me in a long time.

There's been much about 2017 that was so good:  The New Yorkers was so much fun, the Lerner-Loewe show at the 92nd Street Y, two Ohio trips that included a wonderful party with DR Ginny and a performance of a piece I wrote nearly 50 years ago.  I'm often slow to respond, but the HHW folk and their adventures - BK's shows, Nursie's travels Laura's nature photography, TCB's determination to not let anything slow him down - are the best part of every year.

Although at times I'm not sure yet, I am still pretty sure my best move was the adoption of two quirky, beautiful kittens.

DR JohnG, I've always wanted to see "The Gay Parisian."  I believe it's a truncated version of the ballet "Gaite Parisienne," but I don't know if the film uses the Rosenthal ballet score.

Hmm.  One websites reports 5 degrees and the other website reports 7.  I tend to believe the latter, as it was a unanimous 5 when I got up an hour and a half ago.  So we'd have to be warming up.  Right?

Of course right.

It's going down to either +1 or -2 on New Year's Eve, depending on who you believe.

19 degrees here.....but lower temps and SNOW are predicted for the next few days.

My sister is taking me to WalMart and the Bank since my car says it's too cold for it to go anywhere.
