Fred, I got off that boat years ago.  But I think this little missy I dimly remember from 90210, a show I think I saw once.

DR GINNY your card catalog looks fantastic!

Thanks, DR JRand!  I've been futzing with the space underneath and have installed a nightstand that Mom didn't have room for when she moved to assisted living.  It's been in our garage for 3 years, just waiting for a new home.  It now contains most of my needlework stuff.

Is that the nightstand in the photo?

No, DR Jane.  I took the photo last night and didn’t have the nightstand idea until this morning.  By the way, tell Keith that I’ve looked and looked for a manufacturer’s name, but found nothing.

Finished futzing and finessing - many, many changes, but I think I fixed most of it.  I wrote a couple of new sentences but I think a walk will help as well as a shower.

I will.  I think it has been too long, he might not remember the names of the manufactures.

I was looking for Gaylord, Demco, or Brodart.  He'll probably remember those names - they're the biggies.

Watching Dog Day Afternoon for the first time in decades. Excellent movie. Riveting performances, from Pacino down to Carol Kane.

I used to do publicity for Susan Peretz, who played Pacino's wife.

I've begun Thatch's terramycin again; that left eye conjunctivitis is refusing to clear up.  As a result, he's hiding from my and running whenever I turn in his direction.  This could be hell on Thursday when he sees the vet for an echocardiograph and I need to chase him down.

From yesterday #2

DR George

Just to clarify:

The slides/audio worked for the performance.

I just wish it was working for the tech run through.

Whew!  Glad that worked!  And thanks for the info.

I have been to bank and picked up the mail.  Thatch seems to have forgiven me for the Terramycin; he's been strolling past me and rubbing against my legs to be petted, then he lies on the floor for me to rub his tummy.  Annabelle spent some nap time lying in my lap.  At one point I heard all these bird sounds and thought, the birds are sure noisy on the fire escape.  Sure enough, there were pigeons on the fire escape but I think the sounds were coming from the cats!  Annabelle trills all the time when she's really happy, and I think she was chirping this morning with Thatch.

Went to the bank - the walk was helpful and I figured out why I was having trouble getting to the next thing.  Once home, I cut the bit that I'd written and wrote something new that was much better.  So, almost three pages so far.  Now I'll eat, then continue and see if I can do four or five more before the phone conversation with Muse Margaret.

She was perfect. The one thing they never mentioned in the interviews was how his mother and his two wives are all essentially the same.

We have been caught in a rain storm without our umbrella. The weather report was clear before we began walking. Fortunately we we passing the benches under an awning at the park and stopped as the rain began. Keith looked online and said it should pass in about five minutes.

Finished the last of Rohmer’s Six Moral Tales. Great set of films. The set came with two books that I also read. I’m going to feel a little loss.

Oh,well. Back to Renoir. Or Bergman.

Incredible kitties.

I must give the nod to Birch, or whichever one is on the right in the picture of the three.  In that photo, she looks exactly like my long-ago Muffin.
