Fairly dreadfull...my golly I love that movie! More so then then PEYTON PLACE...I guess because RETURN is more like a B-rate sequel! LOL!

I watched WOMEN IN LOVE a few months ago and was bowled over by it much more so than when I saw it the first time or two. It now is extremely affecting to me. I've always worshipped Glenda Jackson, but I agree that Alan Bates is also fantastic, and I think it's Oliver Reed's best performance.

NUMBERS was pretty entertaining, but I don't see how they can reuse the concept on a weekly basis without it becoming terribly repetitive. But, like MEDIUM, the writers of these shows obviously have a lot more creativity than I do. I'll certainly watch another episode to more fully gauge how it's going to work.

The word "looking" is implied.

My mattress life-prolonging routine:

On each of the solstices (or the next proximate housecleaning day), I flip my mattress. On each of the equinoxes (or the next proximate housecleaning day), I turn my mattress. It's a variation on a procedure standard at most hotels.

I took The Dear Mother to a big-hat luncheon today, after which we went to a presentation of Mr. W.A. Mozart's The Marriage of Figaro at the Orange County Peforming Arts Center. Meal and performance were both quite enjoyable.
