And I do believe those kitty infections, like conjunctivitis, recur all too easily before eventually becoming a memory.

Well, I am done doing hard labor outdoors for the day.

And it's almost time to turn the AC on. We have summer weather (mid and high 80s) today and tomorrow, then it breaks again for a couple of days.

My brother and his new wife came over this morning and stained the deck....she also cleared the weeds from the garden where Precious is resting, so everything looks nice....photos on FB.

Back from some chicken tenders and side Caeasar salad and picking up no packages or mail. I hadn't realized Broadway World has removed pretty much every vestige of Outside the Box, so I'm putting the rest of season two that was exclusive to them up on my YouTube channel.

I didn’t get to any music listening today because all of the work I did turned out to be of the outdoors variety. And boy, do I feel it.

But it has been a good evening, sitting outside in front of the house eating pizza and sipping cold ones, as opposed to sitting outside on the back deck which is in a state you don’t even want to think about.

Going to the big city tomorrow for a friend’s book signing, to be followed by a walking tour of Roosevelt Island (which is a major part of the book’s subject). I really wish it wasn’t going to be so hot, but what are you gonna do? Rght? Of course right. The bookstore is in Astoria.

We also had pizza tonight, a rare treat for us. My delicious pizza was with artichoke hearts, red onions, sautéed spinach, Mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, pesto cream sauce.

Keith's sliced pears, caramelized onions, candied walnuts, dried cranberries, Mozzarella cheese, herb cream cheese spread, garlic butter, brown sugar pizza was incredible.
