I had to leave by 6 to get to a dr's appointment

I needed to renew my thyroid meds and I was told I had to be seen before it could be done

I left with my renewal but also instructions to get a pneumonia vaccine, a shingles vaccine and the dreaded procedure I've been avoiding for 5 years

I understand the dreaded procedure which I am now 8 months overdo. As for the pneumonia and shingles I thought you were too young.

I do not do more than one vaccination at a time even though it supposedly is ok. I have known too many people who have reactions that way.

When I was a kid, America was basking in post-World War 2 glory, and the Fourth was a great day: a parade, a huge family picnic, and then fireworks at Barnitz Field. Thanks to the current Trump administration, I'm rather embarrassed to be an American citizen and I find no glory in this day, That's very sad.

If we were in Ashland we possibly would go to the parade and then the craft show. Here we will start walking and decide if we want to go to Ft Vancouver, chech out the park downtown, or just walk along the river.
