I wanted to have another heartbeat and voice in the house....but a dog or cat was a bit more than I was ready for....so here he is.  I looked at all of the parakeets in the cage - and he kept his eye on me the entire time....so he picked ME!

The online site said that they were out of the birdcage I wanted....the Tudor....but there it was on the shelf....regular $54.99 on sale for $27.50....

He has a basketball goal with a mirror, a hanging honey treet, a cuttle bone. and a bell toy....so he is all set.

Thanks, everyone.

He was being very quiet and sitting in the corner, so I downloaded the audio of bunch of parakeets and am playing it on my CD player....he is singing along and swinging on his swing....so I think he just missed ALL the other birds.....

After trying to fix it for 10 minutes, the manager said to her: "Your groceries are free today."

$57.00 worth of free groceries.
