Yesterday I managed to stop at the salad bar that my acupuncturist told me about last week. They have an extensive salad bar, a sandwich bar, a juice bar, and a soup bar, plus a small green grocer. It's a nice little store. It won't take the place of my favorite food store with the almond croissants, but it's good and it's very close by.
AND, the salad bar had chocolate mousse! VEGAN chocolate mousse! I've had to-die-for chocolate mousse before, but never a vegan version. This was definitely to die for. Yum.
