I called SAG/AFTRA yesterday and was assured the replacement check was sent on the fourteenth.  Well, it hasn't arrived as of today.  It does not take three days to get from Burbank to North Hollywood.  Something is seriously awry here and I cannot deal with this anymore.  This tardiness has caused incredible strife and is now about to blow up.

This morning I went to the gym for the second time since my surgery.  It felt good and I can read while I walk on the treadmill.

I wonder if the checks went to someone's mailbox.....but then I am assuming they have arrived all right before......did you ask if there was a new person at the post office or on the route at the mail place?

I still think they will both arrive the same day......just thought it would be today.

Yes DR JEANNE I will just be using the furnace on Emergency/Auxiliary Heating until then.....and probably the fireplace for while during the day.
