Note to self: Never, ever ever ever book an appointment on the day before Thanksgiving.  Between the traffic mess on the Upper West Side around the Museum of Natural History (thank you, Macy's balloons) and people getting out of town, navigation uptown is impossible.  I'm happy to be home.
