And the Ohio property is listed again!
https://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/5744-St_Middletown_OH_45005_M43784-09407?view=qv

You can see what's left of the old driveway at the bottom right of the photo and the widened State Route 122, done around 2008.  The cars are parked in the old driveway to the farm land.  At the top of the photo you can see the new hospital.

GOOD LUCK and BEST REAL ESTATE VIBES on this one, DR Elmore!

That’s just across 75 from where DR Ginny and Richard and I met and ate. (Right?)

That's right, DR ChasSmith!  And the hospital you see in the background is where we were this morning.

That land was evaluated at $675,000 in 2007 when we paid the estate taxes, and we could have sold it but I had two brothers who wanted more for it.  It still rankles.  I hope we can get at least $300,000 for it.

:o Wow!  That's certainly a burst bubble.

I'm glad you were able to fix your phone, DR George. I believe that Staples repairs phones, but I have no idea what it would cost. Investing in a few tools is often worth it, IMO.

Thanks, Jeanne!  I just didn't want to pay $40 or more again just to replace the little piece of glass covering the back cameras!  That was SO easy to do, and fixing the screen was almost just as easy!

I always picture DK Neve as a dark charcoal color. Don't know why.  Her marmalade color is very nice.

I like it, too. ;D

No word about picking up Thatch yet.  Annabelle wants dinner and I will not feed her till Thatch is home.

Can you give her a small treat, or will that not help?

I did.

Thatch and I are now home.  He cried all the way home, but he's eaten, realized he's back in familiar territory and seems delighted to be home and to have dinner ready.  He and Annabelle enjoyed their Fancy Feast Seafood Delight.

His echo cardiogram cost about $175 less than the first, so I was delighted, but i was thrilled even more by the news that, even with the lapse between today and his last dose of atenelol, he's doing okay.  He will go back onto it and I'm happy that I can afford it again.  May that continue!

I'm afraid to ask what each echocardiogram actually cost.

We've been advised to get one for Poe, because with the kidney disease and a couple more minor things, he now has a slightly irregular heartbeat. It was strong and healthy for probably 15 of his 16 1/2 years, but things can change. We know the place to call to discuss it and get it set up. Anesthesia is an issue with him, too, with the kidney disease, and I really have no idea what a cat getting one involves.

I'm hoping that Thatch behaves at the vet (unlike Joshie, who was a terror).

He was terrified on the trip there and cried all the way.  I felt so sorry for him.

It is heartbreaking when they are scared.

Jeanne, looking online, they might be the same kind of business.

With Postmates, I opted for an annual fee which meant no imposed delivery fee - but when service is good, we tip for the delivery person.

But of course, at times we tip not just for service we just got, but for service we hope to get in the future. :)  like getting the food still warm as possible

It seems like a difficult decision to do it or not, if anesthesia is needed.  I didn't think it was.

Bryan had a gerbil named Ditto.  It was my suggestion since it looked almost like the first one he named (we got him two to play with each other).

It was $375 but I would swear last year's cost $550.  I could be wrong.

As Amalia Balash sings, "Will wonders never cease? It's been a most peculiar day!"  Thatch and Stella are playing.  Of sorts.  Earlier today she was playing with Annabelle.  She runs at them like a wild dervish and leaps on them, they tussle, there may be some hissing, and they either continue to wrestle or Thatch or Annabelle runs away, pursued by the demonic Stella.
