Looking outside it is very different from Ashland where the stars filled the sky on a moonless night. Here we can see the lights from Portland.

While I can't see the moon tonight I gather it is full enough that there are not stars visible even in Asland.

It's pretty overcast here, so I can't see any stars, but I could see the moon through the clouds.
