Today, I have no plans, except may to do laundry and watch TV.  Maybe watch a movie or do some work on my computer, but I'm staying home all day!

Have a good day, all!

After the ladder climbing, carton toting, and yesterday's roach attack, my body is racked with pain.  At 12:30 last night I took another Tizanidine and slept well.  I will spend a lot of the day with the cats watching Downton Abbey.  We're nearly to the end of Season Two, which is the bleakest Season, I'm guessing.  Last night, during Episode 6 or 7, I finally laughed, but those war years are tough going.

I've finished the Kenneth Williams diaries.  He was another comic actor prone to depression and a lot of bad health.  The last years 1985-88 are really bleak.  I'm now reading a biography of London theatre producer Michael Codron.

Patrol went nicely.  Annabelle saw MaryAnne our fifth floor neighbor.  She likes her, so that was nice.  The sounds coming from Alice's apartment this morning while Annabelle played in the lobby were back to the usual murmuring voices.  That was a relief.

Omeprozole is a heartburn medication that works really well.  I take one pill in the evening and don't get heartburn anymore unless I overeat raw onions.

Evening vs morning, interesting.  I have been on my miracle drug Protonix too many years.
After my last break I knew I would have to wean myself off of them.  It ook about 6 months to completely cut the dosage in half and now I am down to skipping a dose every 5 days.

I heard on the radio the other day that 12 episodes of FRIENDS are going to be released to theaters, four per night, for one night only!  Are you serious?  These are not missing episodes, or ones that have not been seen in twenty-five years.  No, these are the same episodes that have been shown over and over again for the past 25 years.

Bruce, you keep talking about tummy troubles.  I told you before and I'll tell you again........OMEPROZOLE!  My doctor me my tummy trouble was screwing up my voice so you don't want that.  Have your doctor prescribe it or get it OTC at the drugstore.

Yes, I take one every morning.  If I don't have terrible pains

Bruce I do suggest you try one of the medications to see if it helps.  Keith did several rounds on and off before he could stop & be fine with a Tums.

BTW, Prilosec didn't help my reflux & gave me stomach pains where Protonix made both my stomach & my reflux better.  Finding the right medication makes a difference. Keith found Nexium worked the best for him.
