BK's luncheon at Langers made me nostalgic for Artie's.  I think the only good Jewish deli now on the Upper West Side is the one on 672nd Street where E&T DR PennyO had several delish meals.  I'd love me some latkes or matzoh ball soup!

Leonard was all over me last night, often moving to love on my DH. So I moved to the couch so my DH could sleep.  He was so quiet when he left to pick up our vegetable box at 5:30 a.m. I didn't hear a thing, until the door closed. So now I am up.

The birds left me a few figs. I picked eight this morning. There are maybe four more ripening.

The chiltepin pepper was even more generous. I picked about three dozen ripe peppers, which are smaller than a sunflower seed (not in the shell) and fiery hot. I just pop them in the freezer and use sparingly as needed.

If only you could have picked them before you left.  At least the birds enjoyed them.

DR Laura, sounds as though your worries about Leonard not loving you are over.  I'm very happy.  While I was writing this morning, Thatch climbed up on my work table and marked everything as his territory. Strolled about, jumped down, and climbed back into the cat tree.

I've got four bars of "I've Got My Love To Keep Me Warm" to write, then I move on to the last two numbers in the overture.  I just took a break to use the dustbuster.

I hope your definition of "marked everything as his territory" is not the same as it is to me.  I think of marking as spraying with urine to mark a territory.

Well, I had forgotten everything we've been working on in dance, so all of the routines had to be refreshed, which was fine, because Steven kept changing things. So, it might as well have been new.
