Breakfast break!

Yes! That’s the ticket.

I don’t have much here, but I shall have a bit of this coffee cake and a couple of eggs.
And more coffee!

From last night:  Tom, the reason I didn't take a whole donut was because a whole donut is almost too much anymore, and there weren't too many left, and I had it not too long after I got to work.

Good for you eating less.

DR Vixmom I don't think much of those pizza chains.  At one time I boycotted Dominos because of groups that the owner of the company donated to.

Tuesday morning greetings from my new (to me) desk!  I found just the thing at a consignment store in Centerville (Dayton 'burb) and we picked it up yesterday.  It stayed in Richard's car overnight until Rob came after work this morning to help move it.  Now I have to put my Momcave back together.

To make room for my new desk, I had to give up the recliner in my Momcave.  It's now up for grabs to anyone who 1) can use it, and 2) can pick it up at our home.  It's one heavy sucker, so moving it will require some muscle.  Rob and Mary Linda have declined, as have our 3 local nieces.

I am waiting for my new cat calendars.  The kitten on my current daily Cat Naps calendar looks a lot like DR Laura's new kitten.

OK, now I have to make myself presentable and bundle up for our 2pm walking tour of the local historic cemetery with the genealogist from our public library - bye for now!

The overture has been frozen.  I found spots where I forgot to write several bars for the tuba, the drums, etc.  I think it looks pretty good now.

I'd love to have it, but what I really need is a new chest of drawers.  My Amazon do-it-yourself model lasted only a couple of years before it started to fall apart.  Now it's a total embarrassment.

YAY!!!

I presume it's in your hand, and not Finale?

DR Elmore writes (and I'm referring to his manuscript skills here) beautiful music notation!

In pencil.  I look at Russell Bennett's scores in ink with great envy.

I have fallen in love with his dog. If I weren't in the shape I'm in, I'd run to Bropoklyn and adopt her!
