Today I spent a ton of money on the car. But it should be running smoothly for another seven years. I hope.

Thanks, everyone. The car is fine. There was just a bunch of things that needed to be done because of time and age. We buy cars and keep them until we wear them out, so it's certainly worthwhile to do the maintenance.
