Always a risk/fear with cat vet appointments!

My vet recently implemented missed appointment charges and I have no idea how carrier escapees figure into that.

They told me the same, but two years ago, when he was about 4 months old, I canceled two appointments one day and needed Val to help me catch him the next day for the appointment. I was so angry at him I almost gave him back to the adoption agency.

Monday morning greetings! We attended Rob and Mary Linda's church yesterday because it was their last Sunday here and there was a little reception for them after the service. There were lots of hugs and some tears, but overall it was very nice. And there was a fantastic sermon by the guest preacher - Fr. Richard! We took them out to lunch afterwards and were brought up to speed on their schedule for this week. Departure day is this coming Sunday and we're having a family send-off get-together here Saturday evening.

I'm up, I'm up - I'm not sure I've been asleep for even ten minutes due to this cough and clearing my throat constantly because of phlegm, which literally drives me crazy. I took NyQuil, which did no good, which leads me to believe maybe it's past its expiry date. Well, I'll bank and I'll bring home some chicken soup from Jerry's - otherwise, I'm going nowhere until five tomorrow.

Yes, it is, DR Jane. The drive is only about 5-6 hours for us, so it could be worse. And one of the things we learned yesterday is that there are 2 Ohio baby showers in the works that will bring them back here for a weekend, probably in April.

DR JANE I love my HP All In One, but the system stopped recognizing the CD Drive after about 11 months and nothing could be done short of wiping EVERYTHING away.....I opted just to buy an external drive.....other than that....it's been great.

Last night when I turned on the back yard light to see if the noise was coming from the Heat Pump.....a BEAUTIFUL cat ran up to the door.

Its head was almost all white except its ears were black. When I opened the door, it ran away...... Its other colors were black and brown......on its back and legs....one or more white paws.....
