I've just had an alarming phone call:  Dr Finkelstein performed my colonoscopy and requested I have this CAT-scan of my appendix.  This morning, his office called to tell me he wants me to see a colo-rectal surgeon after the CAT-scan next Wednesday.  So, I'm seeing a Dr. Jeffrey Aronoff on Friday, Feb. 21 at 1:00

I hope nothing keeps you from that CAT-scan on Wednesday.  Sending coping & good news vibes!

Why shouldn't you call the realtor, it's your property, too.

This was my reaction.

I am pleased DR TCB & former DR Jed will be performing together.  I am sorry Tracy is devastated and hope she finds a play she likes better than this one, and gets a great role.

DR John I need to respond to your SF question later.  You might want to ask former DR Ron this question.

So, I had a credit from Southwest from when Dad died. It was going to expire. And I didn’t want that to happen. So, i bought a ticket for a few days in San Fransisco for the beginning of March. I’ve never been. Any recommendations?

I've never been to San Francisco, but I wouldn't mind eating on Fisherman's Wharf.

And then take a bay cruise, especially one that goes under the Golden Gate.

I did get a reservation for Chez Panisse in Berkeley.  I tried 12 years ago, but couldn’t get in.

About six months ago, my cold water faucet in the tub started leaking.  In the past month it's become a flow, and my super came to look it over yesterday.  He couldn'rt repair it, so the plumbers showed up today and repaired it.  They were really wonderful and very tolerant of the nosy Annabelle and Stella who were fascinated by their work.

IRS prep has begun.  This will be my priority for the next six days.

This is sometimes not so dissimilar from “procedure” prep.

I had to scroll down to the map to find the original Giradelli ice cream shop.  There are now 3 levels of shops and restaurants that were once the the chocolate factory.

The Original Ghirardelli is my favorite stop at the wharf, though technically I suppose it is next door to the wharf.

Clam chowder in a sour dough bread bowl, delicious.

To me the wharf has grown too big and has lost much of its charm from my youth.

I hope it does not disappoint.

While in Berkeley drive around the old Victorian Homes in Haight Ashbury.

Of course go to China Town.  I am not sure it still has the best Chinese restaurants anymore.  Someplace do eat good Chinese food.

Amen!  The worst part is sorting all of the receipts.  I'll probably spend most of tomorrow and tonight printing invoices.

DR John, how much time do you have?

Three days, essentially. Except for the jaunt to Berkeley for dinner, I want to stay in the city. I love the suggestions.

3 days is good for the city.  I won't add anymore suggestions outside of the city.
