You can guess what I did with the invitation.

Whenever I get credit card come-ons, I write, "Refused. Return to Sender," and put it back in the mailbox.  That way, the credit card company has to pay full price to get it back. ;)

Back from the put-in run-through, which went pretty well.  I gave notes and then put gas in the motor car and got some snacks from Gelson's.

BUT...it was going so well until the next to the last sound cue.

Instead, I set off the next light cue, which was lights out! :o

I had to back up one light cue and set off the correct sound cue, but even that took a couple of tries. :P

For some reason Donald Trump invited me to join his committee to make America Great again.  I have been requested to reply within 48 hours.  There is even an addressed envelope for me to send my response.  Unfortunately it requires a postage stamp.

I got the same invitation today.

Had there been a stamp on the reply envelope Keith and I have had fun writing a response.  We would about to waste our last stamp.

I'm now watching The Farewell, which is proving to be one of the best movies from last year, IMO. Very sweet and moving picture about a Chinese family that won't let Grandma (Nai Nai) know that she's dying. It's a tradition there to bear the burden for the dying family member. Everyone has gathered for a wedding ceremony of one of the grandsons, which is the other reason they're all together.

A wonderful film.

She's doing well, but she's dealing with the same weather we are.

I am glad she is well.

I didn't know that.  If Keith gets one I will tell him about that.  I wouldn't want the post office to pay for it.
