Well, you've read the notes, the notes informed you it was June, and now it is time for you to post until the informed June cows come home.

Today, I have to go to work because evidently a package was put on my chair back in April and no one seems to know where it is.  I don't remember finding a package on my chair at all during the last couple of months, and I've gone in at least a couple of times each month.  It's possible that I set it down and forgot about it, but I think that I would've opened it and saw what it was (RFID tags) and given it to the person who really needs them...which is not me. :-\

There's a message on the DoorDash site now saying they're not going to deliver from certain restaurants because it's not safe to do so.  Ten weeks of being locked up and now curfews and this merde.  The protestors, who completely understand who is doing the torching and inciting and looting, should just stop right now so these mothers have to stop, too.  They can't do what they're doing if the protestors take a break.  If not that, then the police and the National Guard have to start being proactive right now.

T.O.D.

I was never a big Joel McCrea fan, but Randolph Scott is probably my favorite Western star.

Sorry Duke.

In fact, when I was a publicist, Budd Boetticher, who directed seven of Scott's best films, was a client. A framed lobby card from THE TALL T, signed by both Scott and Boetticher, is hanging on my wall.

I never met Scott, though I did do a brief phone interview with him once when I was researching my Basil Rathbone book.

Monday morning greetings!  I woke up early today, thinking about DR Elmore and hoping the morning is going as smoothly as possible.  I'm checking my email frequently for word from Josh, but so far have heard nothing.

We would welcome the humidity here. It is fire season, and the humidity helps the firefighters get the fires under control.
