TOD - William Daniels in the TV series St. Elsewhere.

Agreed.

I will defer to DR ELMORE.

I just thought he was short sighted to turn down his Tony Award Nomination because it placed him in the Supporting Actor category for 1776 - on a technicality.....

Tony Winner - is hardly ever followed by the category you won it for....I think Tom Bosley won in the featured category for his Title Role performance in FIORELLO!

He was pissed, and I would be, too.  He drove that musical, and he was the leading role. Don't forget that Rita Moreno accepted the supporting actress nomination for The Ritz, and when she won, she said something like, "In this show the only thing I support are my earrings."  Her comic lead was to The Ritz what Daniels was to 1776, and I am so grateful I caught both performances live.  I'm equally glad both were preserved to film.

Annabelle has been watching the Kritzerland show all morning.  She's looking for songs for her musical Annabelle With An A.

All of us napped for a while.  I got a food delivery that I need to put away, and I need to bring down more cat food.  I'm thinking it might be fun to create a cave out of the pillows and grandma's quilt for Thatch to play in.

No more waiting - Charlotte Berenice arrived a little over 2 hours ago!

Her middle name was my mother’s name and I was quite surprised and undone.

Ther door buzzers to open the front door have been out of commission since Sunday, and I for one am not amused since it's screwed up letting deliveries into the building.

I just watched BEDEVILLED the first film shot in CinemaScope in Paris.

Miss Anne Baxter should never walk away slowly from the camera when she is being shot in CinemaScope.

It was not quite Rosemary Clooney in VistaVision.....but it was close.

We’re playing it by ear.  The original plan was to see them before ALA in Chicago at the end of the month.  That’s gone virtual, of course, so we’re not sure when we’ll venture up there.
