I have no news. In fact, I'm trying to avoid the news and put my mind on more positive thoughts.

The Happy Time/I Don't Remember You had me singing at home. (Seeing Things from that score may be my favorite K&E song.)

I LOVE the put-together of "I Don't Remember You/Sometimes a Day Goes By" from And the World Goes 'Round.  Quite a few years ago, I actually put those together when I was in a vocal workshop and a friend and got to sing that. :)

Hartley's version of Yes was great.

Yes, "Yes" was great! ;)

I felt like doing next to nothing today. That's so unlike me. I didn't sleep well, so that was part of it. I do feel that Covid is messing with our minds in strange ways, just as it messes with our health, often unpredictably.

I did next to nothing today. That's so very like me. ::)

Pizza was from Napoli's Pizza Kitchen, just five minutes from here. Very good.

I have been notified again that my Amazon Prime account has been locked......except that I don't have an Amazon Prime account.

A week or so ago I received a text saying that my AT&T payment didn't go through. This was strange, but God knows my sense of time has been distorted due to the pandemic, so I checked my credit card statement and, sure enough, the payment went through mid-July. A few days later I received a similar text, this one stating that my Wells Fargo payment didn't go through. I don't have a Wells Fargo account. Do you think that someone wants me to call the phone number in the text and then give them my credit card number? Surely no one would be that dishonest, right?   ;)

Took a drive to the good Gelson's - got some Entenmann's chocolate donuts and Swiss Vanilla Almond ice cream, came home and had a donut with ice cream on top - very good.  Not a low-calorie day, however, but it's what I enjoy doing after a show.  And the pizza slices in the medium pizza were pretty small, two-bite affairs.

That all sounds really good.

Everyone was great!  I was so impressed by Karen Mason, especially!

More so than Brent?

Best version of “Cabaret” that I have ever heard.  It gave me goosebumps.
