The chicken salad turned out pretty good.....not DR VIXMOM or DR JOHN G good.....but it is okay for me.

I also added some Italian seasoning that enhanced it greatly.

Last week I somehow purchased slider buns which were completely useless for my hamburger patties....but what were left were perfect for chicken salad

Our pet sitter in Ashland found a kitten and gave it our last name. Fortunately for us she kept the kitten. Four cats and one dog were really enough.

I saw a news story that mail boxes were being removed in Portland. It seems that is happening elsewhere as well. Supposedly these boxes are not used all that often.
