Maybe it’s just because I’m so familiar with The Kenneth Branagh directed movie version but I didn’t care for the pace of the readings,

The actors didn’t seem to have a sense of the comedy, just rushed through all the lines and squelched the jokes.

A couple of weeks ago we saw part of another version of the play, but it was during my lunch hour so I missed part of the beginning and the entire last half of the play
