Had Jack in the Box for earlier food and not only did they once again screw up the taco order, they also forgot the onion rings - so I got credited for those. Annoying. So, I just made some right with sautéed onions and butter and that was very good.

And now listening to music - Barbirolli's magnificent set of the Sibelius symphonies - I had the set already, but this remastering is, in subtle ways, better - cleaner, clearer, and crisper.

I was going to start making the Pick Your Flavor Pie for my dad's birthday celebration tomorrow, and then make and eat my burgers while the pie was cooking (as late as it is), but I didn't realize that even though the pie dough had been in my fridge since last night, it STILL needs to defrost on the counter for another hour!!
