Well, you've read the notes, the notes were an enigma and had variations, and now it is time for you to post until the enigmatic cows come home.

I can't order Lolita until tomorrow, when I get paid. I hope it won't be sold out by then.

I've been wondering why the absentee ballots weren't counted days before Nov. 3.  Well, now I know.

Huffington Post says Biden has 264 electoral votes, and just now CBS News says he has 253. I owe you an apology, DR TCB.

The issue is Arizona. I saw on Facebook that they had called Arizona but the Fat Orange Slug raised a stink.

Last night we watched Lily Tomlin and Art Carney in The Late Show, which I had not seen since its first release.  I had remembered it as a comedy, which it most certainly is not, and I remembered that the mystery is begun when Lily Tomlin's character tries to hire Art Carney's PI to retrieve her cat. Carney is quite wonderful, as is Bill Macy as a piece of LA lowlife. Much as I love Tomlin, who's wonderful, her chattery character drove me crazy; I kept wanting to yell STFU! at her.

I watched it again a few years back. I, too, had misremembered it as a comedy. And while I found Tomlin’s character irritating, I think that was the way she was directed.

I think we are finally done with the recording of A Christmas Carol.

We finished Scene Two after three tries.  And then six of us recorded a PSA for The United Way which will have a DONATE button onscreen when our play is broadcast on December 5.

We only had to do that about five times......

I am [still] reading a book titled Nabokov In America about the writer's life once he moved here.

It is most interesting and illuminating.

DR Jane-you mentioned your friend Flip Mark being on The Andy Griffith Show.   I searched his name online and when I saw his photo I thought he looked familiar.  Then I looked at his credits and realized I had just seen him in the Doris Day movie "Please Don't Eat the Daisies" this morning.
