Those are the exact same urinals that were there 65 years ago when I first entered that theater.

I agree with George that the condo HOA should be responsible for shoveling.

That doesn't surprise me. ::)

Unfortunately, the HOA bylaws say they handle the parking lots, but we are responsible for our own sidewalks.  And we can be fined if we don’t keep them shoveled.

Sharry and Micheal gave me a photo they took of the nameplate, but you can’t read what it says.  I should have taken a photo today, but I didn’t think about it.

Sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Why?  Aren’t the bylaws written by and approved by the home owners?

True...just wishful thinking on my part.  But you can also vote to change the bylaws.  There should be certain conditions that would make allowances because not everyone is able-bodied.  And as people age, there are going to be less able-bodied people who'd be able to shovel their own snow.  Why not campaign to change the bylaws now before someone gets hurt or has a medical situation while trying to shovel?

I am going to call the condo rep and see if there is someone they know of that I could hire to shovel my sidewalk.  I have no problem paying someone to do it.

And now, I must get to sleep.  For the last couple of nights, I haven't slept as long as I wanted to, so I need to get to sleep now.

Have a good day, all!
