LOL. Keith had an impossible burger. He likes them, as does Craig. I didn't think much of the bun or sauce they use, but yes they do have other options and it would only be for lunch. I would even have an impossible burger, with mayo & ketchup vs their sauce.

I confirmed with Keith and he is fine with it, or anywhere you want to meet.

You would think that in all of Western Washington, between Vancouver and Tacoma, there would another place to eat besides Rock Wood Fire Pizza.
