Went to meet someone at Marie Calendar's - dead battery. No time to call - had to Uber and it was busy time so that was expensive and I will never use that service again. Good came out of the meeting, so that part was good, then was on hold for over an hour with AAA, finally they answered and thankfully the battery guy got here in ten minutes.

I have tried to use the MP3 player.....but although it starts out fine, I always end up playing "I Want To Hold Your Hand" by the Beatles.....instead of the JOSEPH song....I think I will stick to CDs.

Trying to watch a sad and slow film called Flowers of Shanghai about four "flowers," or courtesans, It's set at a time I can't recognize because everything looks timeless in the glow of the hurricane lamps and the opium pipes. But as much as I like it, I'm too antsy today for sad and slow.
