I don’t know that she’s in a hospital. I think she’s in a nursing home, but she’s refusing calls. That was the last I heard.

Jane, it sounds like your trip has been mostly a success. I do feel it helps to get away now and then, even if not all goes well. Many people must feel cooped up these days.

DR Elmore, I'm sorry your rides went so poorly. Mine have been pretty hit-or-miss. I'm still looking for a solution. What I did when I was going to the eye clinic at UCLA was to take a cab there because it was my best option for being on time, then I'd take a bus home. Lots of buses near the clinic and, of course, much cheaper. If it took longer, so be it. Unfortunately, that approach no longer works for me now that I'm with Cedars-Sinai.

I'm having a day at home. I saw the osteopath yesterday for a back treatment and need to take it easy today and let the treatment do its thing. Always lots I can do on the computer or just catch up on some reading.
