Good Morning. Last day of school is tomorrow. It certainly has been a year!   Who knows what lies in store for next year?  We'll have to say what the people at the top tell us.  Other than that, trying to get things done.  I'm teaching an iMovie class this summer in summer school - which won't start until a week from Monday.  Heading to Orlando on Saturday, looking forward to some heat as it's been way too chilly here in the Bay Area.  I'm sure after my week in the heat/humidity, I'll be looking forward to Bay Area weather again.

So anyway I used AnthemScore to transcribe an MP3 to sheet music and it seems to have worked......at least I made the effort.

I am still doing Noom. I have been at it now for 5 weeks. I am down 24.5 pounds. I am happy, but I still have such a long way to go. But I am headed in the right direction.

When I had my pre-surgery check-in last fall, the doctor said, "You know, you're very sick. Maybe, given what the world is going through right now, it's time to take stock of yourself and make some changes."

So I am.

Congrats on the weight loss, Singdaw!

This morning I have a zoom thing as a guest lecturer for a Dike University musical theatre class, 8:30-10:00.  I hope it goes well.

I hope it went well, Larry!

I thought this article was really cute.

That was great!  I loved the video to #11: Tranquillo, the lullaby for a cat! ;D

What was your lecture about, DR elmore3003?

In other words, we'd love to hear it!  :)   (I realize that's probably impossible.)

Ditto!  (And ditto.)

This is fascinating. How well does it actually work?

Those kitten pictures from DR ChasSmith are ADORABLE!   It truly is "Kitten on the Keys."  Isn't there a piece with that title?

Quarantine Hair, DR Ginny?

Kind of, DR ChasSmith.  I'd started letting the layers grow out and the last conversation Tina and I had before quarantine was about whether or not to let my bangs grow out, too.  Well, that was in February, 2020, and I didn't have a haircut until August, so that took care of that.  I've had trims in November and April and that's what I'm having today.  We'll see how long this longer hair lasts, but for now it's sort of fun.

Is your long hair longer than mine?  Currently I consider my hair short.

Not quite, DR Jane, but, based on your anniversary dinner picture, it's very close.

I think you need an updated avatar, or a least a photo with your long hair so I can see it.
