It sounds like I often do after eating, only the painful bouts are longer than the shorter ones. Stress makes it worse. Try taking deep breaths when the pain hits and moving.

DR TCB I know how painful the smoke can be on sensitive lungs, yet I am sure it is much worse with COPD. Do you have an N95 masks?

As soon as I saw liquid smoke in a recipe I had a good clue to what carrot dogs are. I am not sure they would taste like a hot dog, however, they seem as if they would make a good substitute to not killing an animal to eat something tasty in a hot dog bun.
