There was also an ambulance & fire truck in my neighborhood - but I do not know the circumstances.   It may have been another attempted murder by the house cats - they are becoming more common, I hear.

Oh, no!  That's terrible!  All of it, but especially the death of the goalie. :(

The biggest shock is that anyone would want to do that when they live in a high fire area.
