I am finally upgraded to MacOS Catalina, I did not do the upgrade fropm Mojave last year because I was so pissed off at how Apple had screwed up iTunes. I finally decided to bite the bullet and it's accomplished. That's as far as I can go on an eight-year-old iMac.

You know what I really hate? The computer tells me it will take 37 minutes to accomplish one of the many things the upgrade entails, and then it actually takes 75 minutes.

They always say doing the new IOS will go quickly. Last time I did it it took three or four hours.

You are lucky they are returning your money. I am hesitant to take any free trials unless I can investigate first.
