Yes, I've watched AND talked about that. Don't you remember that earlier in the week, I commented on your RIP message saying I didn't mind knowing ahead of time since I had guessed anyway. I watched the episode the day I wrote that.

That is what I thought too.  But on the Alias message boards they are talking as if it is definitely starting in January again.

DR MattH, since you did not watch LOST, you probably do not know that they were advertising that they would show one extra scene on this morning's GMA.  If you (or anyone) wants to know what happened during that scene just let me know.

Well, what can I say? It's on their fall schedule for Thursdays at 8 p.m. If they've changed their minds about that scheduling, I've yet to read about it.

The shows that are being held for midseason - JAKE IN PROGRESS, LESS THAN PERFECT to name two on ABC - are not on the schedule.

I can provide you with summaries if you'd like. For me, it's just a guilty pleasure. I understand the writing is weak and not all the actors are very good, but there are so few shows on ANY network that have gay characters that I for one hunger to see some of the problems *I* as a gay man face reflected in a drama series.

OK - I need to get ready to head in for the show.  I'm gonna be heading down to Richmond after tonight's show.  I'll be staying at Steve's tonight.  Then tomorrow morning, I shall stop by the post office, the bank and City Hall.  Then lunch with Steve to celebrate his birthday.  Then the, hopefully, not too traffic-laden trip back up 95 to DC.

I'll check in once I'm back in Richmond later tonight...

Der Brucer is watching Hair one one of the cable channels right now.  Even though we've had the laserdisc for ages, he's never seen a lot of it, including the draft board sequence.  (Giggle giggle giggle.)

Too much information for tomorrow's topic.
Being locked indoors means movie viewing so I've caught up on the following:

"In America"  Truly wonderful.
"All About My Mother" . A movie gem.
"The Company" - I'm still thinking about it. My expectations were different but there was much to like.

I could watch TV but who really wants to see most  shows that air these days. (I'm waiting for the new (to us) season of "Carnivale" and of course the final season of "Six Feet Under".
