God, do I hate Petco! They're located in California, and I swear that every customer service rep they hire is Asian with English as possible second language. I have yet to understand more than half of what any of their customer reps tell me. On top of that, they don't tell you if an item is out of stock so that your order can be "in preparation" for weeks. So, I need more of Thatch's shrimpy treats, but they are out of them - along with Amazon and Chewy. At least Amazon and Chewy let you known.

Walked down to Pioneer Square and along the water. In the quiet of Sunday morning, it was nice to be alone.

The DH's high school reunion yesterday was lovely. People were warm and friendly to me.

It was extremely informal and was outside; fortunately, it was a gorgeous day. Everyone brought their own chairs Iwe have two collapsible canvas chairs) and beverages - almost everyone drank water - and 15 pizzas were delivered. I was the only one wearing a mask, even outdoors, but no one questioned me about it. All in all there were probably about 65 people, and no one had to dress up.

I am glad it was a good day.  I would hope people wouldn't question you about wearing a mask.

While waiting for a boat trip, I just had to stop for some fried clams. They are outrageously good.

While my hand isn't too bad I believe I am having a reaction to getting stung.  I do not feel well and have a low grad fever.

Sunday afternoon greetings!  Our friend Lynne just made a contactless delivery of 2 bags of treats from Dorothy Lane Market.

Oh, DR Jane, I hope a sting reaction is ALL it is…

My favorite  Stephen King book changes from time to time

Once it was Salem’s Lot

Then it was The Stand

Currently my favorite version of Kings work is the complete audio book of Pet Semetary read by Michael C. Hall

I’ve always preferred his books to the movies, I never felt they translated well, although I did like Dead Zone

Even King thought they improved the narrative flow of The Dead Zone for the film.

And now, I'm off to my mom's.  She's having some trouble with her TV and cable box, so I'll go over and take a look...then have dinner there. :)

I am so sad that the state of the Phony Tony Awards is such that it is not being discussed here.....even on the very day of the ceremony.

I really have a feeling that this is your year, DR Jrand71.
