Classic unprepared dream last night. I had to perform a rapid-patter song which I had not prepared. Well, I had prepared it, but the edition/translation in my folder wasn't the one I had learned. Anyway, it was a mess.

I finally got a good night's sleep, and for the first time in some time I was actually asleep by 10:00. Lately I've been going to bed around 9:00 but, because of the leg pains and worries, not getting to sleep before midnight. I remember no dreams.

Yes DR CHAS SMITH I am still watching 911 and last's night's episode is most exciting.....I like the guy who is playing the villain in this particular arc....

Of course I am also partial to 911 Lone Star.....and tonight The Resident starts up again. I have given up on The Good Doctor which moved even further into idiocy last season, so it's off my list this year.

Today I have a check up with my regular doctor.

Then I shall stop my the oncologist and radiologist who seem to have lost my name. I know I am due for a regular appointment with both - but since one doctor moved on to another practice and the other one retired....I haven't heard from them.

Although I did get an email from the radiologist telling me I had an appointment on July 1. I got the email on July 21.

And what with the colonoscopy scheduled for next Monday - I thought I would just get all the ducks in a row.
