I'm quite irked at uhaul - once again, a payment I made the day before it was due is not credited nor out of my account. This is the third time and every time they tell me they've fixed the issue. This time, I printed out the page that showed a 0 balance, so I have that. Of course, you can't get these jerks on the phone - sixty minutes wait time - they give you the option for a callback at the sixty-minute point, which I opted for - we'll see if that happens.
