In terms of influence, I'd be remiss not to mention former Dr Julie's dead aunt, and it moved me so much when Julie wrote "My dead aunt thanks you." If Julie's aunt can take the trouble to come back from the grave just to be courteous, this is a life lesson.

There's such a problem in these hearings regarding Facebook, that when they fix a problem like the number of children who they found on there incorrectly, the Congress person focuses on "how did the problem happen" - which ends up feeling like a disincentive to actually fix problems in the future.
