I must be loooooosing my mind. I was sure the first thing I did this morning was post how much sleep I got, but alas, I think I went right to answering e-mails and then had to get ready for Kerry O'Malley and from there it was just one thing after another.

Kerry ran her stuff for the duo act and we just cleaned up some of the patter to focus it better and I gave her one change that's going to be very funny, I think. She's the polar opposite of the other person she's performing with - that person likes to be off-the-cuff and whatever happens happens. I don't think that ever works very well, especially when you're performing with someone who IS completely prepared and ready.

After she left, I picked up a package (a return, actually), then went to Gelson's and got a chicken Caesar salad and a tiny bit of their rigatoni bolognese, not even three ounces. I came home and ate that up and it was okay.

Then I had stuff to do on the computer, a telephonic call happened, and then I sat on my couch like so much fish and watched a movie that I can now, a few hours later, barely even remember. More about that later.

After that, I had a bagel and some Chocolate Dips Very Cherry jelly beans - since I don't know where the "jelly" part comes from, I think they should be called Belly Beans, since we do know they're going in the belly.

Then I had another telephonic call and got the good news that we're pushing the first play reading to after the second play reading, so that pressure is now off, thank goodness.
