Well. my insurance is still screwed up. The procedure on Monday was the treatment they denied, and I do not know why the asses in that office could not let me know before today. The bigger problem is, I do not know whicj of my doctors should be signing off on this, and none of them are giving me any help.

At the moment I continue to beat my head against a wall.

I took the Smart Car out for a spin this morning to see how it did in the rain.....and it was fine..... I had to turn on the window defogger and I had forgotten how the book said to do that.....so I was driving in an indoor fog for awhile.

I watch TOO MANY GIRLS on TCM last night and forgot to watch GHOSTS....so I may watch that OnDEMAND this afternoon.

I went over to my uncle's to give him a CAR report and let him tell me about his adventures while driving it. I also took him a Thank You card for giving me such a good price on the motorcar.

Things seem to be going okay. I supposed when I turn on the laptop I will have to endure it again.

I just realized that I myself - one person - have two computers and a laptop, five television sets, five dvd/bluray players, three CD players, two radios, and three turntables.....I am my own Best Buy.

Yes DR JEANNE EOL means end of life. I found that out back in 1999 when I bought a scanner on EBAY and was looking around on the internet to find out why it wasn't working. It was marked EOL and I called the company and they suggested that I hold a service for it and not bother calling them anymore....in so many words.

So anyway Sorkin was ZOOMING with Ben last night on Lucy Night on TCM.

He was completely insufferable and seems to know nothing about Lucille Ball except what he in his mind decided to misuse in his upcoming movie.

And of course he chose different events in their lives/careers and shoehorned them all into one week prep of an I LOVE LUCY episode....he said from "Monday, table read through Friday tape day....."

TAPE DAY?

?!!!! I Love Lucy used a three FILM camera technique..... I am not looking forward to the lies/manipulation/changing of history that's going on here.....I may not see the movie in a theatre.

And of course everyone says Nicole Kidman will win an Oscar for her performance as LB.

Apropos of absolutely nothing, I was going through a few old newspaper clippings the other day, and I saw that the back side of one of them was movie listings from the L.A. Times. Whenever that happens, no matter what the city or the time frame, I'm compelled to look through those listings. So in that particular week there was only one film I knew I'd gone to see, and that was STAR 80. I don't think I've ever seen it a second time. Not that I thought it didn't deserve another viewing, I've just never crossed paths with it since.

Anyhoo... the ad was unfortunately clipped, but the main theater it was playing at was the National, which which a surprise. My "sense memory" of when/where I saw it always had me watching it at another theater such as the Plaza in Westwood, or even some other location entirely. I don't think it was anywhere in Hollywood. But I try to imagine sitting in the National watching it, and it just doesn't compute. So now I must check sometime to see where it played around town. And it's not even a film I particularly care about.

I had two friends who were in the original Broadway production of A Few Good Men, and they thought Sorkin was a complete asswipe. They had nothing good to say about him.

Well, on the EmblemHealth front, this seems to ne the issue. Radiology sent me to Dr Rastinehad for my last pre-radiation procedure, which is similar to a prostate biopsy. According to my insurance, they rejected Rastinehad's request for radiation since the office did not tell them the number of sessions or time involved. Well, this is an error since the information was incorrect, and that's the wrench in the works. I think.

I'd intended to sleep at least eight hours but the cell phone rang and then a message was left, so I figured I should check and glad I did. It was the computer place asking me to call back.
