I think getting two shipments of the same thing I had ordered. I can't remember what the item was, but it was something I had sent to Mom. They let me keep the second shipment for free.

I then reordered the case, thinking that it was just lost in the mail. I got the refund pretty quickly, and then I received in the mail what I thought was the second case that I'd ordered...but it turns out that it was the first case that I'd ordered because a couple of days later, I got the second case!
