Today's good news: I fell asleep quickly and slept through the night. 7.75 hours! Yay!

I've been trying a new sleep product. It helped from the start with falling asleep quickly and sleeping better than usual, but not sleeping long enough. I'd wake up at 5 am -- not very useful. It says to take 1-2 tablets 30-60 minutes before bed and an optional 1-2 just before bed. Last night I took one and one. I would love to sleep well consistently.

Today's bad news: my car wouldn't start. A couple days ago my next-door neighbor knocked on my door at an ungodly hour of the morning to tell me that my car was beeping and the lights were all flashing. I remotely unlocked, then relocked it, and all seemed well. But it is not. It's been raining heavily and I thought I'd mention it when I take it in for service, as it's due anyway. Sigh. It looks like that'll be my Monday task. The handyman's coming by then, too, and the rest of the week is full of appointments.
