White was not what I was expecting. It was a black comedy. And the ending is heartbreaking, thanks to an amazing performance from lead actor Zbigniew Zamachowski, whose eyes are arresting. He's so likable you can't take your eyes off him, even when the gorgeous, ethereal Julie Delpy is on the screen.

After I got home from work tonight, my friend Shelly, who just lives one building away from me in our condo complex, called and we were able to chat and ketchup on things for about an hour.

Yesterday, it rained during the day, snowed in the evening, then it all froze over night, so another co-worker couldn't even get to her car without slipping and sliding, so she wasn't even able to drive at all.
