I was able to get a PCR Covid test on Friday and it showed that I'm still positive, but CDC guidelines say to self-quarantine for 5 days (which I did, and then some), and wear a mask for 10 days.

I was kind of surprised they didn't tell you this to begin with instead of requesting a negative test.  Will you wait until you test negative before visiting your mother?

I was told by our HR manager that people can still test positive for up to 90 days! :o

True, so maybe you won't want to wait 90 days to see your family.

I don't know why.

My storage facility called me to inform me there has been a change of ownership and that i needed to call the new owner to set up my automatic payment.

Such a fuss, too.  And I gave them much information, and they sent me two text messages with links to forms I needed to fill out.  Repetitious of all the info I had already given....BOTH of the text forms.

Finally got it done.  Took about 45 minutes.   Very odd.

They have no local offices.  Would have to travel 40 minutes to get to their nearest office.  The old office was about two miles from my house, so the new owner is a large outfit ever-expanding.

They didn't request a negative test.  I was curious to see if I was negative yet because I had no idea how long it would take to show a negative test.

No, I won't wait for a negative test.  I'll just wear my mask for now.

Not very many people can, I'm sure.

What a shame they have sold.  I hope after this all goes well.

Oh, yes you might have waited a bit longer.  I am a curious person and would probably retest in 10 days to see if my status changed.

I was thinking of doing that, also.  Ten days from my first test will be tomorrow, but I'll wait until the weekend so that it'll have been two full weeks from my first test.

Nor very many people can, I'm sure.

Bryan mentioned it was hard for him to keep up with who qualifies for monoclonal antibody therapy.  It hasn't changed in awhile so I don't think that is a current issue.

Good vibes you are finally negative.
