Here, there's no snow predicted. However, it's currently -7 (real temp), and tomorrow we'll have a high of 2. I'm kind of glad not to have a dog right now.

In all the years we have owned dogs, we've never had a situation with a fenced yard or a dog door. We've always taken our dogs outside on leads. Which is good to get up and get moving.

Happily, I have no snow or ice to keep me indoors and none to slog through.

None to clean off my car.  No worries about slipping and sliding.  And, particularly, no worries about being slipped or slidden into.

Thank goodness for The Weather Channel.  I can see all of that mess in real time without having to experience it.
