The problem is, I need to eat goat yogurt.  Actually I prefer Redwood Hills Farm Plain Goat Milk Yogurt to other brands so eating it isn't the problem.  Finding it is.  Today we went to the one store that usually has it in stock and they were out of it.  Now I am out of it.

Plain yogurt in general is low in carbs.  It's all the sugars, even from natural fruits, that make it detrimental to one's blood glucose level.

TCB are the books good?  I have never read any of them.

I enjoyed most of them.  Nearing the end of his life, I think he and Margaret Truman were sharing the same ghostwriter.

In one book, Elliott actually mentioned his mother’s lady friend, which surprised me.

I haven't used the first round of covid tests the government sent me.

I did use the N95 masks they sent.

Be sure to check the expiration date on the tests to see if you need new ones.

I couldn't get those masks on.

Jane, there was an article at the end of last week that said you shouldn’t worry about the expiration date on those tests.  They had to print something on the side of the box, but they had no idea how long they would be good, so they just printed a random date.

DR Elmore, is that the new version of The Fantasticks we heard about maybe a year ago, I wonder? Or was that some additional one that Mr. Jones was announcing at the time? And who can keep track?

I don't know, but I think this all-gay version is ridiculous, and Tom needs to stop revising a perfect show.

Speaking of formula shortages, yesterday at Freddie’s (Kroeger’s) almost all of the milk in the Dairy case was gone.  There was maybe one or two containers.

But they had plenty of coffee creamer, so I was happy.

I kept thinking that George would come back, but I guess he fell asleep.
