Since my nap this afternoon, I have experienced very little pain.  Am walking better.  There must be something to this exercise stuff!

I drove through the Centralia Taco Bell and got a newly-returned Mexican Pizza.

It was very good...just like I remember.

It's not a eat-while-driving kind of food, so I parked in their parking lot and ate it there.

That was a good choice because it was messy.

Back from physical therapy.

Did exercises and have exercises to do daily the next two weeks before re-evaluation.

I also had X-rays done.  THE MOST PAINFUL part of my day, thus far.  Cold metal table, no back support and various positions that hurt more than anything I could have anticipated.  Still, they got a vast array of shots/positions, so whenever the X-rays are reviewed, they will undoubtedly show something that may help my recovery.

Did you ask them to send you copies of some of the better poses.  I always like to get them for next year’s Christmas cards!
