Please, please, please go get the Shingrex shot!!! Shingles is absolutely miserable. This vaccination can prevent it.

You'll feel crappy the day after the injection, but hey, we've done that with the covid vaccine. No big deal.

And that goes for anyone else who hasn't received the vaccine yet. You can get it at any pharmacy.

I got my second shot not too long ago, and I didn't really feel bad, at all.

So, I survived electro acupuncture. Shocking, to say the least.

The needles were hooked up to a machine that stimulated leg and lower back muscles.

One of the tenants in the building, I have no idea who, has managewd to locate our building's owner in retirement in Florida and sent him 42 photos of the current state of the building and our management company's refusal to address the issues of the tenants or to deal with the super. I hear that the owner - I really thoght he was dead; he seemed ancient 40 yearts ago - has responded and now plans to fire the management company and the super.

Good news! I'd love to see an article in the NY Times.

Got the hardcover - looks fine - a small issue with the dust jacket flaps which no one caught in the proofing - not me, not Doug, because the way they lay out the proof is confusing, but it's fine and I can live with it.
