I use 2 large screens plus my laptop monitor!

Wow.  I have enough trouble looking at one screen.

DR Jane I don't have a kindle paperwhite. I have a kindle oasis.

I guess for the graduation tickets they decided on 3 tickets (so both parents and 1 sibling). There was really not room for more as the 250+ grads had to also sit in the seats. So that was 1000 seats.

It was just my sister, her husband, my younger niece and me.

Paperwhite was the one you would have liked to have?  I do remember your mentioning it when I was looking at them.

That's nice her sister could also go.  I thought maybe she was in school.

This is a headline you don't see very often.

This is another headline you don't see often:

Finishing up Minyan. There's a scene in a temple in which, besides the lead character, there are only one or two people under the age of 70. Sort of reminds me of my congregation. Not quite that ancient, but definitely grayer than not.

Found a BBC production of Adam Bede on DVD recently. I remember very little of the book except that I read it while vacationing in Guatemala. Oh, yeah, and it has something to do with Methodism. Maybe I should reread some Eliot, besides Middlemarch, which I've already read three times, and Daniel Deronda, the first two-thirds of which is perfection.

Finished with my viewing. I'm having a sandwich for my evening snack, having only had a sandwich and fries earlier.

A couple of weeks ago (or was it just last week??), I got a 2016 8th generation Kindle Oasis (used/like new), but it doesn't have a case, so it's unprotected from any potential physical damage.

I'm not going anywhere...unless it's to continue to watch Sunday in the Park with George, L.A. Premiere - Tech & Preview Footage.
